Madalyn Vasquez, MS, RDN, CDCES, CPT is a dietitian and diabetes educator who has expertise in the management and prevention of diabetes. Madalyn has worked in both community and outpatient settings, providing nutrition and diabetes education. Madalyn’s culinary background has allowed her to teach diabetes self-management classes that integrate her medical expertise through cooking demonstrations. Madalyn is also, a certified insulin pump trainer and has helped educate patients on the advances and advantages of using diabetes technology. She is founder of her insurance based Private Practice where she is offering nutrition and diabetes counseling. Finally, Madalyn extends her educational mission through her social media brand @diabetes.rd, and makes regular appearances on podcasts advocating for diabetes nutrition.
