Elizabeth H. Holt, MD, FACE - Head of Global Medical, Clinical, and Safety, LifeScan - Dr. Holt attended Duke University and earned her MD degree at Wake Forest University. She is board certified in Endocrinology, and practiced general Endocrinology for many years in Raleigh, NC, USA. Dr. Holt then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs. She is currently Head of Global Medical, Clinical, and Safety at LifeScan Global Corporation.
Additional roles include Assistant Consulting Professor of Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine, Co-Director for Taking Control of Your Diabetes, and Board of Directors for American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
She has been named 5 times as one of America's Top Physicians, has received a Patient's Choice award 4 times, was named 3 times as Top Endocrinologist, has received a Top Doctor award, and was given a Lifetime Achievement Award from Who’s Who.
