This webinar will address how to balance insulin dosing with different kinds of exercise in order to optimize glycemic control and maximize the benefits of physical activity.

Objectives:

1. To explain the impact of various types of exercise on glucose levels

2. To understand approaches to exercise management in persons with type 1 diabetes

3. To appreciate the use of diabetes technologies to help manage type 1 diabetes with exercise
