Objectives:
- Review the importance of determining a patient’s glycemic control using time in range (TIR) when using BGM and CGM
- Identify how to interpret the glucose data and involve patients in the process
- Determine strategies to increase TIR in range around nutrition, exercise and dosing
- Practice with patient cases on determining best practices for in-clinic education around optimizing TIR
